It's my first time. Mr. Mark over the phone was very helpful. He was with me on the phone from start to finish. I really appreciate Mr. Mark, as he didn't rush to hang up the phone, answer the questions, or solve any issues I may have during the nighttime when no other storage would pick up the phone to help new users like me. Your company is lucky to have Mr. Mark as an employee. He's a very good asset to your company.
