Visited my unit to find that all the elevators are broken. They didn’t let anyone know via email or in the app. The property manager won’t let anyone use the stairs because they’re a safety issue (not sure why the stairs are so dangerous). Tried phoning the property and customer service 5 times the next morning to confirm if they’re fixed and nobody knows, the property won’t pick up.
