First time getting a storage unit and it couldn't have been easier. Kimberly talked us through every step of the way. She showed us an example unit and explained everything. Kimberly also helped us set up the app and made sure we knew how to use the locks. The facility also looks really secure. Thank you Kimberly for taking the time and making sure we knew what we were getting.

Miss Kim customer service is wonderful. The facilities is clean the bathrooms clean she allowed me to use the restroom every time I enter the facility and I just want to give her a review because she’s a wonderful person especially helping me get my storage unit she need to be recognized for all her hard work.

I just want the public to know that Kim at 9265 public storage is the best. Her building is always clean. She is very friendly and very helpful.

Kimberly went above and beyond to assist me. She was absolutely phenomenal very professional very kind. She gave me all the detailed information. She was a joy to work with. She is definitely an asset to the Public Storage organization. Kayla was kind as well but I worked with Kimberly and she rocks!!!!
