They don’t bother to put a sign or anything to let you know they will be on break. Waited over an hour for no one to show up in the middle of the damn day.
They've been steadily dragging the price per month up over the year we've been with them. Currently up around 60 extra dollars per month on our very small unit, which they also have bad hours for accessing. I guess their business model is to play chicken with people and hope they're too dumb/exhausted to argue? Pretty wild idea, considering all the other storage facilities around the area. All this without even mentioning that to even get into our unit initially, they made us wait 3 hours outside in the middle of the work da... read more
