I signed a contract with Public Storage in Chantilly, VA, the last week of May 2025 for a 7x10 unit at $56 per month during a promotion. In August 2025, I was informed that the rate would rise to $89 per month starting October 1, 2025. I contacted the property manager to dispute this, the manager advised that the contract allows rate increases after six months with a 30-day notice.
