They jack up the rent multiple times a year. They bought our facility and our rent has gone up 200%.
The management at this facility is always great and very helpful and the property is the cleanest storage property I have ever seen.
Terry, the Public Storage representation, was extremely helpful and explained everything to me before I signed on the line. I have also been back to see Terry when we needed to find another storage unit on the same floor. Also, the Reston facility is extremely clean, well temperature control throughout the year, and easily accessible to my home. I feel confident to have Public Storage being responsible for some of our more valuable items, as well as the security Terry offers all tenants. Thank you Terry!
