This is my first time renting a self storage unit. I made an online reservation to open the unit a few days ago, but wasn't able to make it in. I got a call the next day and they were happy to reschedule. I went in today - it took less than 10 minutes to get everything squared away. The unit was ready right away, nothing needed to be cleaned or swept.
