Easy move in, clean staff was very helpful
James in Pasadena off jumpers hole was amaze balls. He answered every question and even let me tour the unit to make sure it was the right size. He explained billing, insurance, locks, how to enter and exit, and so many other things and did not rush through just to finish up the transaction even when I was digging in my humongous purse for my id lol. Best customer service 👌🏾 kudos.
