Nice place everything cool or what not but, front desk girl got an issue she mad disrespectful. If she’s mad she needs to stay home. Respectfully
I have encountered in multiple occasions, a very rude and disrespectful girl that is always at the front desk.Even when you come in nice she has a nasty attitude and mouth.Told the owner he dose nothing about it.Something has to be done about that.
Pedro delivered stellar customer service from the first day I rented my 10 x 10 unit at this location, through and through until my move-out date @ 5201 Forbes Blvd. He manages that location so well, that I've referred a few friends. Ive always felt that the facility is very clean and my items well protected. His warming personality brings comfort when addressing any scenario. Pedro is a 5-Star Professional 💯
