So I have been renting the space with public storage each time I turn around it's more and more but no one can tell me why when I call customer service or where I'm renting from I'm not able to speak to management and then if I do call customer service they're telling me that my ID is not on file so they can't identify me so I can't speak with anyone but yet I've been with this Union going on 6 years this is not cool this is not fair and no one can ever tell me why this keeps going up
Ms ginger was very helpful thanks
I recieved excellent service from Mrs. Ginger while moving into my unit!
