I have been very pleased with my overall experience at this storage facility at Westbard in Bethesda. Physically it is clean and well lit.I feel perfectly safe when I am working in my unit. During the time I have rented I have not had a problem with the elevators and very little if any issues with accessing the front gate and entrances electronically with the app. Well...not except for the time, during a very strong summer thunderstorm, when the elevators did lose power, along with just about everything else. I had an unbelievable experience. Dede was amazing!!!!!! DeDe went above and beyond. This was my first time needing storage and she walked me through everything- step by step with patience, empathy, and encouraging words. I refuse to go anywhere else DeDe is not apart of. Thank you so much Dede !!!!!!!!!

Couldn't be happier with the location, cleanliness, ease of use, and professionalism of this Public Storage on Westbard rd. Our daughter attends American University, and this place was perfect for summer storage. Jared was way cool and had all the answers to every question I asked. Would give 7 or 8 stars if permitted.
