They double charged me for two storage units instead of one. Still waiting for a resolution and a refund.
The manager was terrific!
When I went to the public storage of this location to get the rest of my belongings out of the storage nobody wasn't there. I was trying to put my code to open the door but unfortunately wasn't working so I had to wait for awhile. Me and the white guy had called customer service to figure it out what is going on. Finally Jason arrived as the storage manager had help me to fix the issue and I'm glad I got everything out of the storage before they bill me of the next payment. Jason is very helpful for me and my dad when we were transferring our stuffs in the new unit we rent. I have an existing unit at 2nd floor & I didnt know my code r only allowed to go any other floors of the building coz my dads unit is on basement which is annoying at 1st but he explained it & make sense at the end (security) . The only complain we have our unit is in all the way to the corner & its Too Dark. Wish they put an extra light on that area of d building.
