Never answered the phone, office is always empty. Claims to be climate controlled but it very obviously isn't. Not 24/7. Layout of the building sucks, too many twists, turns, and stairs for a one-story building. No carts or dollies to move your stuff with. We're also pretty sure the unit is smaller than advertised, it's supposed to be the same size as the truck and a ton of our stuff didn't fit in the unit, we had to re-pack the truck and toss a bunch of stuff we wanted to keep.
Just came in to inquire about all the great sales they have on line and the nice young lady in the office was a great help. She even showed me how to reserve on line to get the 4th of July sale thanks for all the help and information you gave me to make this process a little easier.
The ladies in the office are great! Very helpful every time.
It was an easy process to get started. Nice staff members
Young lady behind the counter is always so helpful i believe her name is ally and does whatever she can to make sure I’m takin care of, always going above and beyond!
