I Had mice in unit causing most things not in plastic storage tubs to be trash due to excrement.Was told by an employee that I was able to move out by the 8th and get a refund while trying to get everything done and moved out by the end of the month( was approachedwhile at my unit). Got everything moved out and was told on the 7th by a seperate employee that isnt true and i could not get a refund. Called support and was told that they would "put a ticket in for me" and i "might get a refund but their policy is very clear". S... read more
