Raigan and Lorraine are awesome and rent by phone was so easy.
Regan and the other young ladies took care of any/all issues - concerns that I had, and made the transition seamlessly.
I rented unit #7020 and I collected my items after a year on Saturday march 22,2025. Upon arriving home I’m saying I had more stuff. I took pictures prior to putting them in storage and I’m missing a jacket, scarf and whatever I had on top of my storage containers. Minor to whoever removed my items from my unit that I got harassed about daily to pay. My items were not even safe. Sad!!!!!! The items on top of the storage container and the purple and white bag was also not there. What a violation to me!!!!
Team member very attentive, quick to conduct business. As a suggestion, the team member could have addressed me by name, such as Mr. Whoever, add a little icing to the cake, so to speak. Otherwise, good job done!
