This place literally sucks, they don't relief your pain at all, they just show you some basic exercises that you could lookup yourself on YouTube, a physical therapist is supposed to stretch your muscles not to teach you some stupid exercises like pulling a band
I’ve been going to Ezra Physical Therapy through HealthFirst and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. Over the course of 4 sessions I was scheduled with 4 different therapists, each of whom had a completely different approach. None of them seemed to review my prior notes before seeing me, so every visit felt like starting from scratch. I visited the office last week with my daughter, and I was really impressed with how kind and welcoming everyone was. The staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. The place itself was clean and well-organized. Great experience overall!
