My four year old son had an accident over the weekend and we followed up with Dr. Berkowitz in boynton beach yesterday. From the moment we were brought back from the waiting room every staff member we encountered from the nurse, the PA, the assistant and Dr. Berkowitz himself were wonderful. The male assistant who put the cast on my son was kind, gentle and so interactive with our son and made him so comfortable and not scared at all. Front office staff are all rude and unprofessional. Dr Berkowits spends his time explaining and listening very well. But I think front desk employees need to be trained!!!
Was referred here by my child's primary care physician my fianci and I both took the day off for the appointment arrived on time previously checked in online .waited an hour and a half only to be told the doctor refused to see my daughter because we needed the actual paper work with the referral Wich made no sense because all this information was provided at the time the appointment was set accepted and scheduled then it became "her doctor filled out the paperwork wrong " Wich I knew was a crock after pulling up the referral... read more

The staff was friendly, dr. Ezra listened and was great with my daughter. As a registered nurse I know how important it is to have caring medical personnel and doctors that listen and care for your concerns. He puts my mind at ease. Great experience. Thank you
