Front office staff are all rude and unprofessional. Dr Berkowits spends his time explaining and listening very well. But I think front desk employees need to be trained!!!
Was referred here by my child's primary care physician my fianci and I both took the day off for the appointment arrived on time previously checked in online .waited an hour and a half only to be told the doctor refused to see my daughter because we needed the actual paper work with the referral Wich made no sense because all this information was provided at the time the appointment was set accepted and scheduled then it became "her doctor filled out the paperwork wrong " Wich I knew was a crock after pulling up the referral... read more

The staff was friendly, dr. Ezra listened and was great with my daughter. As a registered nurse I know how important it is to have caring medical personnel and doctors that listen and care for your concerns. He puts my mind at ease. Great experience. Thank you
When I was in middle school I got hit by a car and completely broke my upper knee. I am now in college and I will never forget the kindness I was shown at his office. I was young and deathly afraid of going into surgery, but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. With such a traumatic experience, I was greatly taken care of by the staff at the office and the doctor himself.
