Went to pick up a firearm and the only person able to handle firearm sales took the day off. The staff that was there showed no ambition at all

Tyra was, absolutely, amazing. My mother brought in a few pieces of jewelry to have looked at. Tyra was our salesperson today and was so kind and sweet with my mom. Tyra took her time appraising my mom's items and informing her of their worth. We never felt rushed or made to feel uncomfortable about being there to sell our items.
