Bald dude and blonde lady were very rude, lost a 10+ year customer. Also sold me 3 different broken Xboxes before I just gave up on their services. Is everything electronic wise, even tested before they decide to sell it to customers? Bought a PS4 controller and the right trigger was broken... Bought a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Christmas and both triggers are broken. Now instead of spending $125, Ive got to buy new controllers for it as well. Might as well of spend the money on purchasing a new one from the store. Completely lost my trust in this ez pawn.
