Bald dude and blonde lady were very rude, lost a 10+ year customer. Also sold me 3 different broken Xboxes before I just gave up on their services. And not to mention it smells like burnt ''rocks" in this building. R.I.P. Also their physical store and online store suck almost equally. Hope this place gets condemned soon. FYN.

Is everything electronic wise, even tested before they decide to sell it to customers? Bought a PS4 controller and the right trigger was broken... Bought a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Christmas and both triggers are broken. Now instead of spending $125, Ive got to buy new controllers for it as well. Might as well of spend the money on purchasing a new one from the store. Completely lost my trust in this ez pawn.
