Polite and very helpful great customer service
Shout out to Aaron for being extremely informative and friendly. I was able to do a return and use that money to get my bass guitar outta pawn. He didn't have to be so nice, he could have told me sorry no can do but he was always willing to work with me and make my deal work. Everyone else was also nice and friendly. The only down side is they didn't have as much of a selection when it came down to microphone but you definitely look over that by checking all the other awesome gear they have.
