I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. First and foremost, the ink used on my brows turned *blue*. Yes, blue! It’s shocking that this could even happen, as it shows either poor-quality products or improper technique. Beyond that, the owner is incredibly disorganized and seems to take on way more than she can handle.
