Be extremely careful when looking for duct cleaning services. I knew I needed the service, but when the techs arrived they had told me that I had a major mold problem in the handler/ducts, and that it would cost on the order of $6K to fix (standard cleaning was $~600 for two units). The proposed multi-day treatment included liquid sanitation in the vents, air purifiers, and fumigation.
