before anyone rents from these people I want you to go to my page and see how they treat their paying tenants. A rotten tree fell from their property onto mine. They lied about sending someone out to talk to me about fixing the problem. Five days this falling tree has been up against my house, driveway, and propane tank that I can't inspect. a second rotten tree fell yesterday. Half of the first tree still stands. Great company! Wonderful management and really takes care of their tenants! Definitely recommend!
I have rented from this company for 22 months now .. never paid after the 1st, always before. I paid my rent on the 3rd this month and got a call wanting me to pay $8 in late charges .. $8?! after being on time for 21 rental pmts .. poor management .. they do not have after hours maintenance numbers .. you can call Monday through Friday from noon-5 only ..
