Paid him $800 to fix my A/C unit and it was still broken. Called for three days...no reply! Called Ridge A/C; two trips and it was fixed. The tech showed me the part that went bad and it was the same one Terry Ezell noted on his invoice that he had replaced. Review of the part showed it was an old, dirty and worn part. We had to have our entire unit replaced back in September due to the unit running 24/7 and freezing up constantly. The guys that came to our house were extremely professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. We have prepaid electric and we went from using anywhere from $23-$47 a day, to now using $4-$8 per day. Would definitely recommend Ezell heating and cooling to anyone!
