I paid in full during my first consultation at Ezekiel Eyes for a new pair of contact lenses. Before my follow-up appointment, I asked the practice to confirm whether there would be any additional fees. I was then told that a second $90 fee for their “duty of care” would apply — a charge that had not been disclosed earlier. I only moved to this optometrist as I was looking for somewhere closer to my new home. This experience was appalling from start to finish. Firstly, and as a pensioner, Medicare have always provided one (free) eye test per year. After my eye test I was charged $150! When I mentioned that I am entitled to a free eye test, I was very dismissively told “well not at this practice!”. Great experience at Ezekiel Eyes! Thanks to Damon checking in on my eye health and then sorting me out with a set of multi focal contact lenses. My aim was to be able to read my computer screens and laptop and then when in a meeting room still be able to read the large TV for presentation. Damon’s support and teaching was super enabling me to pop in the contacts each morning. Many thanks Matt

Went in to see Damon after having terrible issues with my sclerals and he was able to sort it all out immediately and really put my mind at rest. I have seen many people about my eyes but have never had as good treatment as I did today. He had such a great knowledge of kerataconus. The whole team we a pleasure to deal with! Thanks to all and I will most likely be flying over from Ireland for my next consultation because it would definately be worth it. Thanks so much!
