Don’t waste your time or money. This place is awful. Nothing but issues from day one. Two transmissions, roof leak that we had to go in for MULTIPLE times (missing work constantly), dvd player was broken.. they claimed they fixed it but did not. Did a simple exhaust patch after pretending they didn’t hear how loud the car was.. and then we had to pay to fix it. Thank god we got the warranty because we’ve been using it so much! Well, what can I say, Ryan and the group at Ezee Wheelz did it again. I gave Ryan the information for a Ford Transit Van that I was looking to purchase, and he gave me 10 different options. I chose the one that best suited my needs, a 2023 with low kms, and a few days later the deal was done! the van was better than i expected when I received it, and he got me a great interest rate as well. Yes, they did get me approved, but the guy that I was working with decided not to honour my native status card because he said I didn’t live on a reserve and I didn’t have any rights to my tax savings and then I argued with him and he said well you still have to pay part of your taxes
Horrible place. Got 2 vehicles from this dealership both I was being charged well over what they were worth. The second vehicle was nothing but problems. The first one got written off by insurance and the still won't clear the payments, even with the GAP that was purchased. Second vehicle was voluntarily surrendered due to all the issues and no solutions. Having to constantly call and not getting calls back. Be careful when you buy from them , my car kept on breaking down , had a really bad coolant leak and they refused to fix it. It got so bad. I had to return it now we’re in the courts. They’re suing me.! Just be careful!
