If anyone wants to explore OB on vacation or take a day and ride THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Incredible service, very nice workers, and just an all around good experience. I was here in ocean beach for vacation and have never been here before and wanted to explore this part and see what sort of things there are to see. They have a lot of ebike brands and types to choose from, its my go to shop since getting into ebikes 4 months ago.
I took my eBike (Motor Goat) to various bike shops around San Diego, and they all turned me away, until I found EZE Ryders. They specialize in eBikes, and can handle BIG ones like mine. Their service department is legit, shout out to Omar and all the guys in the shop. They were super helpful, respectful, transparent, and chill. I'm taking my bike from here on out. Fair prices, too!
The rentals were great. Wife and I booked a full day for two bikes. Rode all day from Sunset Cliffs up to La Jolla and back making several stops along the way to shop and eat. Best way to explore the beaches of San Diego as it eliminates driving in heavy traffic and the awful experience of parking a car anywhere near the beaches. Will definitely rent from here again!
Chris the service manager is excellent. I brought my e-bike into their shop with a spoke/wheel issue that was hard to address at first and I was unhappy with the result. Chris took this issue up, contacted me and suggested a way to work and try to fix it. He took my bike back and worked to fix it so I could ride it again. After that he called me back to follow up to make sure the repair is still good. I am confident he will work with me to ensure I am able to enjoy riding my bike in the future.
