The sales team promises what they can't deliver. they will sell you a premium package with misleading communication that you're actually going to get a tune-up within a month. you will not. terrible customer service solely focused on sales and not the actual customer. seek business elsewhere, Don't waste your time here.
Awesome experience. My e-bike was low on battery and they were kind enough to let me use their charger and get back on the road. Super friendly team and genuinely helpful. Really appreciate the hospitality and support.
Whenever I'm in San Diego I will rent my e-bikes from this place.. in 2023 I got a bike and I got one last weekend as well... April 2026. Both experiences were great. Shout out to Omar and Jen who helped me this time. They even moved locations. Only thing about the new location is there really isn't ample parking. Aside from that I had a blast.
