New patient acceptance process take months even if you call frequently. Did not get accepted even after months of trying to get an answer if I was or not because I was told my old doctor supposedly had already treated me so dr. Eze wouldn’t approve. There is a reason why I wanted a new doctor!!!! Very slow with service and front end receptionist is very rude.
