I don't think I would have gotten the level of care if I went to another medical center, everyone was polite and professional, listened to me, showed compassion, started me on medication in office that gave me a fighting chance to start feeling better . Alice

The staff is nice and professional. I came in and didn’t have to wait long and my problem was taken care of. I highly recommend using urgent care when you aren’t able to get a primary appointment quickly.

When you have wv medicaid they charge you for labs and x-rays, doesn't call to tell you or when you go in for check ups to tell you if your insurance isn't paying
