They did a very good job of taking care of me
Today, I entered the doors of EZ Care in Covington, reasonably assured that everything would be ok. I have a rash on my back (please don’t judge, and don’t laugh, even a little.) I’ll tell you who didn’t laugh at me- Emily, Catherine, and Jess. That’s right…..the backbone of EZ Care, which also includes Haylee. Emily was professional, courteous, and dignified. I was in and out in under 30 mins but I was also the one of the 1st ones in the door. Only reason its not 5 stars is because the new system of everything being digital is confusing and hard for the elderly, saw 2 elders trying to figure out how to use the online check-in process will little help to no help from the front desk.(my husband had to help an older gentleman men) It's a breeze if you are good with a smart phone, but maybe have another option(paper copies) for people who have trouble with the online check-in, i.e. t... read more
Very friendly from the receptionist to the Dr that helped me. They all were very sweet and smiling. I felt like I was welcomed and I know if I had any questions they would have answered them with a smile on their face.
