The staff is so friendly and professional. They asked what I preferred and did not make assumptions. They did an excellent job on my hair and I will definitely be going back to get my braids done.

I would not recommend this braid shop based on my experience. The pricing listed online was not the price I was charged in the shop. I was charged an additional fee because of the length of my hair for a braid takedown, but nowhere on their website does it mention that longer hair incurs an extra charge. I believe pricing like this should be disclosed upfront. The braid takedown itself was so disappointing.
