Tonight, we went to one of our two storage units and the entry doors were open (meaning totally open wide letting in anyone or anything) and broken. We have been there several times in the past and the doors seem to be perpetually in disrepair. Glitchy system. Be prepared to lose access to your property for days at a time. If you're ok with making multiple failed trips to access your unit, no way to reach a person after hours or on weekends when their gates and/or elevators are malfunctioning, then this place is ok. If you'll ever need guaranteed access, like during a move, trying to vacate before the end of the month, etc, go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this facility until they have on-call help 24/7.
