I have dealt exclusively with easyway for several years. But that ended today. I had been talking to different people at easyway about a certain vehicle I was interested in for a few days before I had a appointment to talk to them about trading for it. First day driving off the lot, check engine light popped on and then started to flicker like crazy. The CEL light had been "shorted" out somehow causing a check engine code for that circuit and a po420. Next day turbo code comes on, po299 turbo under boost. I take it back to them under there 30 days 1000 mile warranty. Did not like the customer relations guy at Tech 3-there repair shop. The lady upfront at tech 3 was very professional and well liked. I have bad credit and everywhere else they treated me so badly. Here I was treated like I mattered. I got the car of my dreams. I had been told everywhere else that car(Jeep) was out of my range. Thank u for everything Ez Way Auto Sales!!

My know multiple people who have purchased vehicles from Ez-Way Auto Sales over the past thirty years including my mother and father and have yet to know anyone who has had a possitive experience. My wife was a former employee of EZ-Way and has stated to me they buy these salvage vehicles from auctions that have bad issues for nearly nothing. The purchase experience was easy to go through and we were treated great. However after owning the vehicle for 12 months, 2 engines blew up under warranty, the 3rd replacement started going 2 months ago. The power steering pump went out and leaked all over the alternator causing it to go out. The warranty department and the car lot in Lincolnton have told me countless times they would replace the vehicle if it became a problem again. It was in the shop 11 times in 12 months.
