About 2 years ago, I accidentally ruined my old gaming rig, and came to EZ Tech to have a new PC built - the pricing was fair, and the computer was expertly and neatly put together. 2 years later and this thing is still going strong, and I love it. Will likely return here for future upgrades. Awesome service.
I brought a laptop in for a check up. Esa told me that it was old enough ( 5 years) that I should consider a new one. My main issue with the old one was that the touch screen wouldn't work and that really bothered me. So, I took his suggestion. He suggested a laptop that he sold to other customers. 🌟 Wonderful experience and value! Essa was extremely professional, friendly and fast! He helped my mom on her 70's fix and protect her PC and also helped me troubleshoot and fix an issue with laptop quickly and patiently. He went above and beyond - it was refreshing to do business with someone who cares about doing good work with integrity! I highly recommend - I'm so glad I went here vs. BestBuy!!!
