Very nice storage units. Lisa the owner is very helpful and replies almost immediately everytime.
Lisa is amazing and so accommodating. The units are nice, clean, and well constructed. Lisa was always a call or text away. She is incredibly sweet, personable, and a great entrepreneur. I can't recommend her or EZ Storage enough. You can rent with complete peace of mind knowing anything you store is climate controlled and protected. Thanks so much. Clark Tatum
Great customer service. Very responsive
This is the best storage facility in the Newland/Linville area. The facility is clean, secured, and easily accessible. Every customer has a unique passcode so there is much less potential for break ins than traditional outdoor storage units. The price is a little higher than other facilities but I personally think it is worth it for the peace of mind. The manager, Lisa, always answers the phone and is quick to respond to any needs. Highly recommend!
