I rented a storage for a few months only. Customer service was very good and the people you talk to are really helpful. Easy to get things through and done. I will definitely rent from them again.
This is a very poor company to rent from! They were good for the first 9 years or so, and then either got taken over by a different company, or changed out their old employees for ones that had no clue how to run a business. After new management took over, never once did I get a proper invoice. Every invoice I received, contradicted the next. I asked many times for clarification and explanations. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have never had any problems. There have been some odd glitches with payments but they were quickly resolved. My treasures are safe and secure. Thank you!
They didn’t notify of management change. They also stopped taking payments out when it’s auto pay…
