I only gave one star because I couldn't go lower on here. It's a very untrustworthy business. They have terrible customer service and when they make a big mistake won't do anything to make it right.

Paid off my unit weeks ago. Was told they would take the lock off that day. Went to move today.. rented a truck. Drove over a hour here. To see the lock still on the unit. Left multiple messages. No response. Cant get my things and out of all kinds of money and wasted time and now I cant even move. Worst experience ever! *** Oh and today I called bc she clearly wasnt going to call me back. She did say she got my messages even but no call. So I called. Said she thought it had been taken off. Really didnt seem to care about an... read more
