I bought 3 storage units from an online auction from here and they were full of dead mice and mouse shit. Not a thing was salvageable. Now I'm out $300 in cleaning fees because I refuse to load things covered in mouse shit in my vehicles. I feel bad for people who rent storage units from you guys because everything they own is going to get eaten and shit on by mice. It's disgusting. People don't pay you for mice to ruin their personal belongings.

I only gave one star because I couldn't go lower on here. It's a very untrustworthy business. They have terrible customer service and when they make a big mistake won't do anything to make it right.

Paid off my unit weeks ago. Was told they would take the lock off that day. Went to move today.. rented a truck. Drove over a hour here. To see the lock still on the unit. Left multiple messages. No response. Cant get my things and out of all kinds of money and wasted time and now I cant even move. Worst experience ever! *** Oh and today I called bc she clearly wasnt going to call me back.
