They have the worst customer service, and sounds like they don't know what they doing over the phone.

Please do not go to these people. I have been filing taxes with them for a couple of years and they seemed to have messed up my taxes. I've been waiting for my taxes for a month just because the gov needed to verify... they told me this, then verified it they told me and was still waiting.. I call them back and they tell me to log on the Taxconnect and see what the letter stated. I didnt recieve a letter I told them and that I already logged in and called.
