I cannot understand how this place even gets reviews as it's obvious to me that they do not want any business. I called my insurance provider three weeks ago to see if I required a referral for a sleep study and they confirmed that my plan DID NOT require one. I then immediately called EZ Sleep Club to schedule an appointment. The agent instructed me to have my PCP fax over a referral for the study. Rob was great! Fully explained everything and made me feel comfortable.
Robert R. @the Modesto Location was so helpful! I honestly I appreciate how attentive and comforting he was. Not only did we share some good conversations he also made me feel safe which allowed me to sleep well. The facility was super clean, rooms were at a nice temperature, there was a fan if necessary, even a tv, and a night light. I was able to ask for help whenever I needed or even to change the temperature. You will be hooked up to a lot of wires but I still got decent sleep. Again shoutout to Robert R.!
