Absolutely horrible service, after waiting for weeks finally got device, only to have it stop after an hour. Apparently in talking to the supervisor they don't always check to make sure they're charged. And they only clean them occasionally. I find this rather rude and disrespectful to every patient that has to take the time out of their schedule to go and pick it up and then drop it off only to have it not work. Because of complete incompetence.
