Called for advice about an expensive repair; they recomended a competitor who might be able to do it, but came up with a simple fix that got me a work-around. Saved me a trip and all kinds of frustration. Was really impressed with the casual technical knowledge she had. Semper fi.
Updated 12/10/2025: She reached out to me and said she doesn’t think she broke the screen, but that if I believe she did, she’ll replace it. Honestly, it feels like a strange way of avoiding accountability instead of simply acknowledging what happened. I brought both my and my fiance's phone in for a battery replacement. I don't know how she managed to break the screen on her iPhone11. But she managed it. It looks like it was dropped,or maybe flexed too much. Well, protector had a nick in it and the screen glass was cracked. She had assured me it was only the protector.
