Terrible customer service given by Quinn at Peterborough location! Bought 4000 dollar trike, it broke in 4 days. Asked for refund and they are refusing too?
good group of people, bought some fully UL certified taubik e-bikes at a great price.
This is not a shop where they fix your problems. They don’t answer their phones, they do not fix anything and the company as a hole sucks. Bad customer service, nothing but run around. I bought a $4000 E-bike a few months ago. It is nothing but junk, it won’t go and they do not answer their phones so you can’t even find out how to solve my problem. Awful service. Wanted to purchase the talaria x3 pro. They wanted to charge $499 fee to build the bike. I wanted to do it myself to save the fee. They said I would not have a warrant. Talaria hives the warranty to the store and will only transfer it to me with the fee. I left the store to look it up and went back in to say yes I would get a year warranty even if I take it in box.
