Outstanding office organization, scheduling work and keeping you informed for ETAs. Just the right amount of text messages. It was an emergency, so when they had an opening much earlier than my original appointment, they fit me in. Joe came to my house, and from the first minute he kept me informed, let me know the scope of the work and the cost. It was a very tricky repair up in the ceiling and he got everything done; spot on. I had a small leak in some old pipe and EZ Plumbing did a great job replacing the pipe and fixing the problem.
Was called that tec would get there early. He showed up and was able to restart the pilot light on the water heater and showed us how to restart if this happens again. Was friendly and courteous. Will use this company again if needed.
