They deserve a negative star! Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this shop. The owner, IDAN, and an employee were rude and unprofessional, and communication was terrible throughout the process. They kept my device for eight weeks and then charged me additional fees and it was very unfair charged, Completely ripped off! I would not recommend this shop and suggest choosing another computer/phone/tablet repair service instead.
