Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
Great service I come here a lot to rent table’s & chairs
I rented a post hole auger. The service was terrific. The employees were helpful and friendly. And the rental cost was very reasonable.
The WORST service every. We called to rent a compressor 2 months before we needed it; put our name on the date we needed it. We called again 3 weeks before to confirm. Everything was fine and we were good to go. Our campground closes down and we need to blow our lines to avoid freezing. Got a call this AM (day before we were to pick it up) and with a nasty tone the guy told me the compressor was not available until next week "maybe" and that they had rented it to someone for the month; not due back until the 26th.
