RecommendedSuperb! I left a message for a return call and received it within minutes. Spoke to Lisa about the problem and was quoted a price. She contacted the tech and verified they could come the same day since he already had 4 other jobs ahead of us. Ken ended getting to us early, replaced the springs, and was on to the next job in less than 4 hours since the original message being left. Lisa was super nice, Ken handled the repair beyond quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!! E-Z is a fitting name :)

5++. I called early on Monday morning that our garage door was broken, Lisa answered. She was very polite on the phone. I explained to here what was going on. She told me she needed to check with Chris and she would call me back in 15 minutes. I explained to her that Monday was my only day off. Lisa called back in less that 10, that Chris would be at my house between 12:30 - 1:30!!! Chris arrived on time !!!He was polite and FAST !
