Same great service, however experienced an increase in price immediately, followed by mandatory insurance. There was notification, so I can’t fault them for that. I also can’t comment on price because I have never rented anywhere else and they tell me my price is comparable…I rent a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit in secured storage facility since 2015, and I do know it would cost $2K to move everything and I can’t afford that now! Ben gave me several options and we were able to make it all fit. Very nice and helpful. Great job. Also the security and cleanliness were excellent.
It was very easy to get everything done on the website, and when I called the office the gentleman who answered was very nice and helpful.
