TLDR I bought a truck for 15k, took it to get a vehicle inspection. Only cosmetic and light issues were found that I can fix for around 500 bucks. There is no doubt in my mind this truck can last me for years with proper maintenance. I've never thought I would have an honest conversation at a car lot.
