We had an absolute amazing time! Not one moment of disappointment. Our guide, David, was beyond a thrill. Our host, Gio, superb. We travel quite a bit and these two go above and beyond. Phone calls, texts and inquiring about the trip upcoming and the follow thru at the end was top notch. Thank you fella for making our kayaking experience one for the books. Rocked it
🤯 mind blown would be how I’d describe the experience with EZ Kayak. Shortly after booking, I got a call from Gio who went over in great detail the entire experience. Gio was very flexible and accommodating for the little group of three that we had. We arrived at willow beach and were easily able to locate David our guide, who was all set to go with water, snacks, lifejackets and so much wonderful information about the area. I can't say enough good things about my experience with EZ Kayak. From the moment of my booking there was excellent communication from Gio making sure we were well informed and prepared for our trip. The trip was at the end of January and the weather did impact my trip from the snowy Northeast. They reached out expressing genuine concern ensuring we had nothing to worry about if we needed to cancel due to weather. Luckily, despite delays, we made it for our scheduled time slot. EZ Kayak is an absolutely great company to use to experience the emerald caves. Gio was very thorough in booking the trip, preparing us for the meeting spot and staying in touch as the day approached. Upon arrival David was early and ready for us. The kayaks were sized right for each of us and in great condition. They also provided a small snack bag, waters and they had any other supplies we may have needed. Gio was very responsive when booking this trip. He provided all the necessary information that we needed to make it a great day and gave us information on other places to visit when we were done. EZ Kayak included water, snacks, hats, dry bags and waterproof cases for our phones. David was a wealth of information about the area and took the time to give us paddling tips.
