Don was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the wildlife and area and made sure we had a good time, even brought us snacks and water. We lost the kayak race against him though :( he’s too good of a kayaker.

We came in October in a group of 4 and got two tandem kayaks. The whole experience was extremely organized. We took the 8am tour and got back around noon. We were provided with plenty of water and snacks. The tour was comfortable, relaxing and absolutely awe inspiring... On the way to the emerald cave we were the only ones on the river. On the way back we had so much fun! We stopped at a beach to swim. We took a short hike. Our tour guide, Don, was amazing. He took 75 pictures of our group. We raced at the end... He won. ​EZ Kayak Tours completely knocked it out of the park with their guided trip to Emerald Cove! This was, without a doubt, a five-star experience that I would recommend to absolutely anyone. ​October was the perfect time for this adventure. The weather was gorgeous—crisp, cool air on the water that was perfect for paddling, and a sunny sky that made the water in the Black Canyon glow.
