This has been a very frustrating experience. We bought a double wall oven from GE and needed to have it retrofitted. We were given Al’s name from EZ home repair as a guy who would be able to take care of this for us. After initially having trouble setting up the appointment, he did come and take care of this for us and did a reasonably good job. The problem is, his bill was not itemized for us to be able to receive our $300 rebate from GE. We very nicely asked him to redo the bill and after many, many attempts trying to call... read more
