Zach from EZ Heating and Cooling was excellent at diagnosing the issue and fixing it. When others diagnosed my issue as a control board failure, he diagnosed it as wiring problems. He was thorough in his diagnosis. Took time and followed protocols. His communication was outstanding as well. My heat is working great now. Will be using EZ heating and Cooling going forward.
