Today was our first visit because a friend recommended this salon. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The stylist who cut my son’s hair was extremely rough and used far too much force throughout the haircut, making the experience very uncomfortable for him. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting or welcome at all. The stylist seemed impatient the entire time, never smiled, and came across as cold, rude, and unfriendly. We felt unwelcome from beginning to end.
I found my new hair salon. This was genuinely the best hair cut I've ever gotten. Sophia was so nice, saw the vision I wanted, and executed it PERFECTLY. I'm in awe. Magical experience, 10/10 would recommend!
