I had a garage unit installed by this company in May 2024. In July 2024 two months later the garage stopped working. The door wouldn't come up when l pushed the door button or remotes. I have a warranty so I called for service. When the tech came out he said it was dead and sometimes they get bad units. He said he would return the next day between 4 and 6 to replace the unit.
