I can't say enough good things about Shawn at EZ Floors! He truly went above and beyond during my bathroom and countertop remodel. Working with him was a breeze—he was super easy to talk to, and his communication was fantastic! He helped me choose colors and shared some amazing ideas that I really loved. Highly recommend!
We had a very disappointing experience with this flooring store. We placed our order for flooring and installation in December of last year. The sales experience was great — friendly and responsive before the sale — but everything went downhill after that. The installation was completely unprofessional and careless. The subfloor was left uneven, and the baseboards had visible nail holes roughly every foot — none of which were patched or covered. Some nails were left completely exposed. Done many flooring projects across the US and never had positive experience like we did with EZ. From beginning to end, it was smooth and well organized project. Didn’t have a single issue, they did outstanding job and left the come very clean.
Excellent service and finishing. Shawn is great and very helpful. Garcia did great job in installation. Worth the money and quality of work.
